The past 20 years of practicing psychology I would say only the last few years has it become a practice where people start to pay attention to the body. What I find most interesting is that I keep thinking I need to have my science brain on; very cerebral talking about muscles, bones, but then there is this whole other piece when you start talking about energy, meridian lines, emotions and even consciousness. I love how this is all coming together in this course, how it is all so connected.

The course was so eye opening. Afterwards while teaching I all of a sudden starting seeing people’s postures and what they need in their bodies as a more complex and deeper phenomenon than what I was able to see before. I learned a lot about the interconnectedness of the body and how to affect certain areas by using the knowledge of fascia.
